Activity attendance or activity attendance per visit grouped by exhibitions, experiences, events or public programs. Attendance for various activities is aligned by percentage complete or days in to allow for an easy activity-to-activity life cycle comparison.

You are able to see the number of visitors attending each of the activities from day 1, the start of the activity, to its completion, the last day of the activity.

You can also compare attendance for each of the activities from the first day to the last day.

Activities automatically show all dates for an activity captured within the selected date range, even if some dates fall outside of the selected date range.

Activity attributes

Activity Attendance: Shows the number of visitors who attended a specific activity.

Activity per visit: Compare visits to a specific activity against total location visitation. This is shown as an attendance rate.

For example: For every visit, 0.30 went to 'Is the Ice Melting?' activity. Meaning 30 % of your visitors went to 'Is the Ice Melting?' activity.

Knowing activity per visit, allows you to make informed decisions and helps you answer the question of “why certain activities are attracting more visitors than others”. Maybe it’s the specific nature and context of the activity that resonated with your visitors, maybe the location of the activity had an impact or maybe marketing effort had an impact.

Time Series

  • Days in:

    • Days in can be grouped by daily interval; 7 day intervals, 30 day intervals and 90 day intervals.

  • Percentage complete

    • You are able to see the number of visitors attending each of the activities over the lifetime of the activity, displayed as the percentage complete.

    • All activities are plotted on a scale between 0% - 100% which allows comparison of activities of different lengths.

Activities are created in the almanac.
