By looking at the summary totals for your location’s tickets, you’re able to see a quick snapshot of how the various ticket types, ticked products and ticket channels are performing. From this ticket sales data, you are able to adjust your operational and marketing strategies to maximize success.

1. Select the ticket Attribute: Sold, Scheduled or Redeemed

Sold: How many tickets are sold during the selected period. Sold is made up of scheduled tickets and tickets purchased for future dates but paid for during the selected time period. This also includes tickets sold on the spot for the same day.

Scheduled: How many tickets are pre-purchased for the selected time period.

Redeemed: How many tickets were actually scanned in or checked in for the selected time period

2. Select filters: Ticket Type and/or Ticket Product and/or Channel

Explore the following:

  • The Total sold, scheduled or redeemed tickets for a selected time period

  • The Daily Average for sold, scheduled or redeemed tickets for the selected time period

  • The percentage (and number) increase or decrease of sold, scheduled or redeemed tickets compared with the previous time frame
