Measuring Activity Attendance over time allows you to make strategic decisions regarding your marketing, campaigns and types of exhibitions you choose to invest in at your attraction. For example, you can analyze which marketing tactics impacted attendance within an activity's lifecycle in real time. Having real time data empowers you to analyze and pivot appropriately while optimizing forward planning at your location.

Activity attendance can be viewed for one or more exhibitions, events, experiences or public programs. Attendance can be viewed by date and time.

You can select to view activity’s lifecycle via:

  • Selected days: For the time period selected, you are able to see the number of visitors attending each of the ‘activities’ on each of the days.

  • Activity days: Similar to ‘Selected days’, you are able to see activities which are happening within the selected time period but activities whose start and/or end date falls outside the selected time period are displayed from activity’s actual start and end date to provide a complete view of the activity’s performance over time.

  • Activity attendance can be viewed by daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly time intervals.

Activities are created in the almanac.

For an aligned comparison of activity's life-cycle with other activities, see Activity-to-activity comparison visualization.
