Here are three ways to get the best out of Dexibit when you first begin:

1. Upload data for your key metrics

Dexibit Classic includes manual uploads for key metrics and self service integrations for digital (web and social). For a more comprehensive data automation and warehousing solution, you'll need Dexibit Premium.

To get the most out of your dashboard, you'll need data! We suggest by starting with uploading data for key metrics, including:

  • Visitation

  • Membership

  • Revenue (by line of business)

Optionally, you could also add:

  • Footfall (manual or automated counts of foot traffic into a building or space)

  • Ticketing (for either general admission, or various activities)

  • Activities (the schedule of what's on within the venue including exhibitions, experiences such as rides or tours, and events, which each have their own attendance counts in addition to visitation)

Data you add to Dexibit remains your own and can only be accessed by you and users your authorize to your account. Data is kept private, secure and confidential in accordance with Dexibit's privacy policy and terms.

Uploading visitation

To add data, click the Add data button at the top right of your screen, grab the template, then click to select or drag in your file and hit upload. Having trouble? Send your file via chat or email

Uploading other key metrics

We're currently upgrading the upload experience for other key metrics. In the interim, please send your file via chat or email

You can integrate your top digital analytics sources in a few clicks:

  • Swivel a visualization to find a quick explanation on what it does

  • Use the studio to slice and dice data and customize visualizations

  • Expand a visualization to browse and search your data, download it and more
